• Drinks at meals, other than wine at dinners
• Recommended travel insurance (optional add-on)
• Gratuities for pilgrimage director, guide(s), driver(s), and meals
• Anything else not explicitly mentioned as included

Payment Instructions

• To pay online by credit card or ACH (bank transfer), please select that option and follow the instructions to pay your deposit and future payments.

• To pay by check, please make checks payable to “Verso Ministries, LLC” and include your booking number in the memo line. Please mail check payments to Verso Ministries, P.O. Box 986, Notre Dame, IN, 46556. You will receive a confirmation when your payment is successful. It might take a few days to update on your Pilgrim Portal.

Terms & Conditions

Please review our terms and conditions by clicking here. All pilgrims participating on a Verso Ministries pilgrimage must read, review, understand, and agree with the terms and conditions.

Payment Schedule

• Deposit due upon registration - $500/person
• December 31, 2024 - $725/person
• January 31, 2025 - $725/person
• March 31, 2025 - Remaining balance

Final package price is estimated. Pricing is based on currency exchange rates as of March 2024. Any drastic fluctuations in currency exchange rates may impact final pricing. If you have any questions about pricing and when final pricing decisions will be communicated, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

Please note: Payments can be made in installments on your Pilgrim Portal prior to the final payment due date. Payments must be a minimum of $100. 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted to Verso Ministries in written form and received via email or mail. Any refunds, as applicable, will be processed based on the date stamp of email or mail received. Cancellation fees will be charged per person, per booking. Cancellation fees apply to individual pilgrims who cancel their booking.

Cancellations are possible at any time, but refunds are subject to cancellation fees at the rates listed here.

*Pilgrims have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel their pilgrimage without penalty, as long as the pilgrimage was booked on or before March 31, 2025.

Any cancellation charges incurred from other suppliers or vendors (flight, lodging, ground transportation, tickets, Jubilee registration, etc.) may come in addition to the administrative fees listed here. All group flight airline tickets, optional excursions, trip options, pre/post extensions, private transfers, and additional hotel nights are non-refundable 180 days or less prior to departure unless otherwise noted.
